Filmed on 11/13/07 - The Running Event - Austin, TX - Derrick from AQx talks about the Zero Gravity Water Suit by AQx. Designed by a track and cross country coach with a PhD in biomechanics at Linfield College, the suit has bouyancy panels built in throughout to raise a person further out of the water and doesn't pull on just the hips like a standard belt. Several Division I college teams (including Oregon) as well as NFL and NBA teams use the suit.

Interview by Kevin Ullman

From AQxSports.com

Zero Gravity Flotation SuitThe ZGS is specially designed to promote better biomechanics during deep water running, cross-country skiing, and other exercises. Built with buoyancy panels placed in the appropriate areas necessary for better balance and performance, the ZGS also increases core activation and temperature, greater range of motion, a sense of security and comfort, and improved posture. Overall, youll gain flotation, freedom, and performance in all of your deep water training.
